HOW DID IT ALL STARTED..

When in 2001 Kasia Szajda, who is now chief of UNESCO Information Centre in Wroclaw took part in UNESCO Youth Forum in Paris, she did not even have a slight idea that few years later, together with the UNESCO Centre Team she would be responsible for organizing one of international activities directly connected with the Forum. Our organization has only three years, but representatives of our Centre have been taken part in UNESCO Youth Forums FOR 6 years already. From the Forum in 2003 we brought an idea of setting up our Centre. From the Forum in 2005 we have already brought an idea of organizing Regional UNESCO Youth Forums - international youth conference that would help young people prepare themselves for the next UNESCO Youth Forum planned for October 2007.

Having an experience of participation in huge worldwide youth conference in Paris - over 300 young people from over 140 countries - we have decided to use new innovative method that would assure the involvement of each single individual - open space.
